9. Refund Policy
9.1 Membership Fees
All membership fees paid to Wild Wyverns Armoured Combat are non-refundable.
9.2 Event Fees
Fees for events or activities organized by Wild Wyverns Armoured Combat may be refundable at the discretion of the organizers. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to info@wildwyverns.com.au at least 1 day prior to the event.
9.3 No-Show Policy
No refunds will be issued for participants who fail to attend an event without prior notification.
9.4 Changes to Events
Wild Wyverns Armoured Combat reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. In the case of a cancellation, participants will be notified, and a full refund will be provided. If an event is rescheduled, participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to the new date or receive a refund.
